Professional Profile:
More than forty years experience in field of architecture and construction. My knowledge and experiences in architecture include design, planning and execution of zoning, contract negotiations, construction management and design build. I have been involved in construction since childhood. I have been involved and lead in multiple instances of citizen involvement in government affairs. Explanation of these involvements can be found later under the Civic Involvement heading.
I have been licensed as an Architect in the State of Arizona since 1990.

Administration: Have been responsible for overseeing multiple architectural and construction projects simultaneously.

Project planning: Have executed planning for various land uses.
Have secured re-zoning for multiple multi-use and single use projects.

Extensive experience in feasibility studies and construction budgets.
Design:
Executed design for various project types and scopes, some of which are listed below. Some projects have been recognized for design excellence. Meeting budget requirements, as a part of the design, has always been a primary concern and in the vast majority of projects accomplished.
Construction:
Have been involved in the execution of construction in various capacities for both new and remodel construction. Project scopes include everything from interior kitchen or bath remodels to new residential and commercial construction. Project costs have ranged from a few thousand to millions of dollars. Construction involvement includes negotiating contracts for all phases of construction.
Miscellaneous:
Have Developed, owned and leased personal real estate.
