This is a seven-story building of about 100,000 square feet. The general look was requested by the owner. It conformed to all the zoning requirements and was recognized for design excellence.
This seven-story office building was designed for a client of about eight years. He became a client after another client recommended he see me about redesigning the front of a residence because a Home Owners Association would not approve what had been designed. Over the years the projects became larger and more diverse. The relationship remained good as long as they were in business.
