This is a 120-unit apartment complex composed of one and two bedroom units with a clubhouse and pool. It is on a tight site and had a very tight budget. The site was zoned multi-family and had no site problems. The permitting process included meeting with planning officials during document development. This provided the base needed to obtain the building permit in one afternoon.
